Patricia Brown-Webber

Pat’s Background

Pat is a third generation Washingtonian and has an extensive background in residential sales and financing. Pat transplanted to the California Bay area in 1970 and in 1974 she obtained her real estate license while employed by a large real estate development company that specialized in selling nearly 100,000 acres near Pacheco Pass including Spanish Land Grants. She was part of the sales crew who sold a $11,000,000 ranch in Arizona to the daughter of IBM Founder, Watson, and her husband Jack Irwin, who at that time was the Ambassador to France for the U.S. Government. When she first started in residential sales she worked for a Real Estate Office in San Jose. Pat was very competitive and received many awards including Saleswoman of the Year. One of her top achievements was selling three homes in one day. She then transferred to the Los Gatos/Saratoga market and after 20 years of successful residential sales Pat moved back to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to her family. Hired by Home Savings of America in Bellevue, WA she was one of their top loan officers. When they closed the offices in the area she moved to Eagle Mortgage for two years. Missing selling real estate she worked for Coldwell Banker Bain for ten years and then relocated to the Birch Bay area. After much thought she decided to continue to sell homes from Bellevue to Birch Bay and decided that the award-winning client service approach that Metropolitan Park is known for was the perfect place to continue her journey in real estate. I am very impressed with the Agents and Management of Metropolitan Park. I look forward to meeting you and adding you to my many happy clients who have become friends and extended family.”

Love of Real Estate

Pat loves the thrill of finding the first time buyer’s home and she is identified as the “family” Realtor helping people achieve their dreams in real estate.

“In the many transactions I have had buying & selling houses I have never worked with a real estate agent as good as Pat. She kept us up to date at all times even when she had to be out of town for family matters. She gave me more information than I have ever had about other houses in the area of my house I was selling. She did this every time I questioned my sales price. She followed up on every potential buyer and informed me immediately. Pat is the only real estate agent that I would recommend to someone else and the only one that I would use again. My past experience with agents has been very poor so working with Pat was a huge change for me. From my personal experience Pat should be teaching other real estate agents how to do their job better. We both were extremely pleased with her abilities and professionalism.”

“Pat Brown is the best thing that happened during the process of selling our home. She is pleasant, easy to deal with, more than helpful in every aspect of home selling…knowledgeable and tenacious. Pat works harder than any agent I have ever known. She is the supreme client advocate and constantly goes the extra mile. We would recommend Pat to anyone we know because they would be in the best possible hands. We only hope we can find an agent in Scottsdale who will work as hard as Pat did.”
-Sue & Jerry Weinman

“Pat is a definite asset to the industry. Pat was an outstanding person to work with.”
-Margaret Williams

“We just want to express our sincere gratitude for the courtesy and professionalism Pat had extended in working with us on the sale of our home. We are very appreciative of all the effort you have put forth. Your expeditious follow up is invaluable to all of us.”
